Explanations:
     First off, I have more experience baking than cooking entrees. In addition, my husband does most of the cooking in our house so most of these recipes are his, and he may post on here as well. He savors the chance to enlighten me on his cooking style and his recipes. Some recipes are family secrets he learned in the kitchens of his grandparents, and others he has learned traveling throughout the Southeastern US and England.With those being explained, I will let him take you through the first few dishes so he can explain a bit about his philosophy and his method.
